Communist Party of Spain propaganda calling for people to attend the general strike and "Defend Your Rights" |
When I traveled in Italy a few years ago, I noticed a lot of Communist Party signs, graffiti, propaganda, political offices, and so on. In Spain as well they seem to have a fairly visible presence. Evidently communism does not have the same stigma in Western Europe as it does in the United States.
